19.5.2 Free Look
Florida law allows life insurance (and annuity) applicants 14 days to inspect a policy that is delivered with the intent of issuing insurance coverage. (Medicare supplements and long-term care policies allot a 30-day free look period.) If the policy is not issued, the applicant must be given a full refund.
