20.3.3 Misrepresentation

Formally speaking, knowingly making, issuing, circulating, or causing to be made, issued, or circulated, any estimate, illustration, circular, statement, sales presentation, omission, or comparison which incorrectly represents any facet of an insurance policy.

In simple terms, to give an inaccurate or deliberately false account of the nature of somebody or something.

In other words, "Do not provide any false or misleading descriptions and/or information."
