20.3.4 Defamation of Character
Defamation of character can take place in the form of the written word or the spoken word. It is considered a personal attack - an attack on somebody's good name, character, or reputation.
Defamation of character includes both libel (written) and slander (spoken) of a person.
In other words, "Do not be critical or hurtful."
