Final Examination
The course online final exam consists of 150 multiple choice questions with a 2 1/2 hour time limit (the same as the state exam). The course final exam is NOT an open book test (neither is the state exam). Make sure you have allowed yourself enough time to complete the final exam in one sitting.
Once you pass the course online final exam, you can download your Certificate of Completion. A duplicate will automatically be mailed to you at the address you provided during registration. You will also be provided with the Florida Department of Financial Services' website link to complete your application to sit for the state exam. We will report electronically to the state that you have passed the course and have met the eligibility requirements to take the state exam.* You will be responsible to supply your state-required fingerprints, pay the state application and examination fees, and schedule your state exam.
DO NOT SEND YOUR CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION TO THE STATE -
THE CERTIFICATE IS FOR YOUR RECORDS ONLY.

You may take the online course final examination as many times as necessary to pass. There is no waiting period and no additional charge for retakes. Passing grade is 70% or better.
